Then I went to Brussels and drank lots of great beer, and whilst there visited Yvan de Baets from Brasserie de la Senne to talk about their modern Belgian brewery, and of course drink some of their great beer too!

• I went to Bedford to visit Brewpoint and have a chat with Tim Hickford about the brewery and its history - both in the recent years in its current guise, and their greater history dating back to 1876!
• Sandwiched between two sessions of chatting with Tim, I went on the regularly scheduled brewery tour, run by Tim himself.
• There's also an impressive live tasting of 6 beers in 30 minutes!
