A homeless man is trying to sleep near the famous marine drive area of Mumbai. He keeps turning on the stone laced footpath from one side to another, trying to find the best posture to sleep in. The night descends further and the man is dozing in and out of sleep. He is used to people walk past him without noticing but since sometime he is vaguely feeling the presence of a man on the opposite side of the road, staring at him. This man is sipping beer. The homeless man drifts back to sleep again, only to be jolted awake as someone was badgering his face violently with a huge rock. The next morning as the first office goers start pouring into the city, they find the homeless man in a pool of blood, dead with a disfigured face.
