    In this episode, I open up about my profound journey of loss over the last two and a half years, a season that dismantled everything I thought I knew about love, faith, and identity. I share what it was like to move through unimaginable grief and heartbreak, to feel the ground fall away beneath me, and to slowly rebuild myself piece by piece into someone stronger, wiser, and more aligned with my soul’s purpose. I also discuss a powerful psychedelic experience that helped me find clarity and healing during my darkest time, as well as the many trials and tribulations I faced along the way. I expose the childhood wounding and patterns I came to understand, and how what once felt safe was simply familiar because it was my normal. Along this journey, I have discovered what self-love and empathy truly mean, especially after realizing how disillusioned I had been about what love and safety were supposed to look like. I share how I witnessed firsthand that everything truly happens for a reason, and how every mistake, heartbreak, and trial has been a lesson in strength and alignment. Through this process, I have learned that pain can be one of our greatest teachers. It brought me closer not only to myself, but to spirit. I share my evolution through trauma and how it has helped me realign, deepen my connection with the divine, and experience spirit in a way I never have before. This is the most vulnerable I have ever been, and I hope that by being so open, authentic, and real, it encourages you to do the same. I am back to recording and doing readings with renewed depth, peace, and connection to both myself and spirit. My story is a reminder that even in life’s darkest nights, beauty is born beneath the surface. Healing is not about returning to who we were, but about becoming who we were always meant to be. If you are in the midst of your own storm, trust that it’s shaping you in ways you can’t yet see.
