While I'm taking a summer break from the podcast, here's some guidance to reflect on and steady you as we move through the mid-point of this year (Summer/Winter Solstice in each hemisphere)

This month's guidance is still encouraging us to take stock of how we are over-giving and exhausting ourselves. It is pointing us towards:

• Reviewing
• Restoring
• Re-storying
• Artistry

Throughout this year, examining our path, grieving, restoring, clarifying and reimagining are constant themes. This year is the first year of a new 5-10 year cycle. It is not surprising that we cannot keep going as we have been. We need to approach our lives, relationships, identity and work in very different ways.

It's time to ditch performing success or productivity or goodness and instead move in the direction of truth and artistry.
