Your great-grandfather didn't listen to sad songs when life got hard. he worked harder. thats it.

Somewhere along the way we decided "self care" means numbing out. Feeling low? theres a playlist for that. a show for that. Something to make you feel your feelings instead of just... doing something about them.

That's not self care my man. That's reprogramming yourself to be softer every single day without even noticing it

heres the mechanism nobody talks about

What you consume becomes your operating system. sad music, doom scrolling, comfort content, none of it fixes anything. it just lowers your baseline. Your T levels. makes not doing the work feel okay

Strong men like your great-grandfather don't run from discomfort, they use it as fuel. simple as that

if your feeling low dont feed the low. starve it. go train, go work, go build. thats the only reframe that actually works, not the one that happens in your head, the one that happens in your hands

Nobody is drawn to a man whos numbing himself out. not women, not clients, not opportunity. people are drawn to output. to a man whos actually building something

Your identity isnt fixed. its built one rep, one session, one hard choice at a time. not all at once, not perfect, just todays rep

Did you dance to it too?

I did. Didn't think twice about it. Just danced AND SINGED(!) like everyone else.

Then one day I stopped and actually listened to what's being said. And once you hear it, you can't unhear it.

I don't know if Gaga and Byonce planed it. But it doesn't matter if it's intentional. Hear something enough times, it reprograms you either way.

This song is telling women they're above you.

That calling twice is pathetic.

That she's out dancing while you're home waiting by the phone.

Sound familiar?

(Really? are you at home waiting her so she dance alone?????

If you do that. You have a huge problem.

But solvable.)

This is a freame. Most guys have been living in it without knowing it.

I lived every version of this.

Bc I had many relationships and women.

And took me years to catch it, let alone fix it.

Most men think freedom is doing whatever you feel like.

No schedule,

no discipline,

nobody telling you what to do.

That's not freedom, ma man.

That's exactly how you end up the guy checking his phone waiting for her to text back.

Real freedom comes from structure.

From building the kind of man who doesn't need her permission to be a man.

You are a man.
