I talk about doing makeup for Sara O’Meara’s service at the Franciscan Renewal Center, witnessing healing, and celebrating the message behind her book Healing: Your Miracle Awaits. I also share about an inspiring evening with artist Vanessa Horabuena, our shared School of Ministry connection, and how creativity can be a vehicle for testimony and restoration.

The episode closes with something close to my heart — an urgent need for children in Kenya through Wings of Hope, and why I decided to donate 20% of my holiday sales to help meet that need. It’s a reminder that beauty can go far beyond the surface, and that giving with intention can truly change lives.

I had just barely walked onto set when the countdown began:

5 … 4 … 3 … 2 … 1 …

And then — we were live.

The host launched into her bubbly intro:

Celebrity images flashed across the screen as she turned to me…

And before I could even speak, I heard a voice screaming through my earpiece:
