After more than 20 years working as a nurse, I have witnessed first-hand the incredible strength and resilience people carry within them, even during life’s most challenging moments.

Alongside my professional journey, I have spent over 20 years practising Buddhism, developing a deep understanding of the mind, self-awareness and the inner processes that shape our thoughts, emotions and behaviours.

These combined experiences have shaped my passion for helping people realise that they are capable of far more than they believe.

Today, I work as a motivational speaker and empowerment facilitator, inspiring individuals and teams to build resilience, transform their mindset and step beyond the fear and self-doubt that so often holds us back.

Through powerful storytelling, practical tools and transformational experiences, I help audiences reconnect with their inner strength and develop the confidence to move forward with courage and belief.

My work draws on both real-life clinical experience and long-term mindfulness and mindset practices, offering a grounded and authentic approach to personal growth and transformation.
