“Send Coach John a message”

Found another fabulous learning moment from The Mindfulness Meditation Institute (@TrainingMindful) and it’s all about Learning! They shared this and it’s 7 words long: “Be open to learn, unlearn and relearn.” Learning is something I know I want to do every single thing I can to keep learning things, picking up things and growing with those things I find. There is plenty I know I need to unlearn for sure. What I need to do is to make sure the things I relearn are good things. I know for sure that ALL OF US need to unlearn a lot of things (especially what is going on in our country, today of this recording 1-24-26) AND THEN, we need to relearn so many things that will be good for ALL OF US. The thing is, throughout ALL of history, humans have had trouble with things like how we treat each other. I think NOW is the time for us to learn and put into play these lessons.
