  • Burnout Almost Got Me...Again. But, I'm Back!
    2024/12/09

I have faced burnout several times in my life and I just can’t seem to stop myself. However, I think I’m brave enough to say that I’m finally done with that part of my life. My latest pursuit is finding fun without attaching monetary gain or external expectations to any of it.

How can we go after the calling on our hearts without making it work?

What can we do to set RULES around having fun? Seriously, it’s a lot less lame than it sounds, I promise.

Lastly, and kind of most importantly…how can we know what is REALLY fun and what isn’t — because I think we get this wrong way too often.

  • The Best Thing My Dad Did For Me Was Die
    2024/08/26

At the end of the day, while it might not be a popular opinion, my dad’s death shaped my life more than anything he ever said or did while he was alive. Whether you’ve lost a parent or not, I encourage you to tune in because you just might start looking at life, and hardships a little differently after this.

After spending almost three decades trying to be who I thought everyone else wanted me to be, I set out on a mission to find out who I really was. This podcast, is my diary - on a decade delay.
