Bar Convent Brooklyn has been the leading trade fair for bar + beverage professionals in Berlin for more than 30 years. In 2018, we brought this to the United States and have since enjoyed two unforgettable events together at the Brooklyn Expo Center.

What began as an annual gathering has quickly grown to be a year-round community and resource headquarters. Much like our events, the goal of the Bar Chat Brooklyn Podcast is to propel the bar + beverage industry and culture forward by bringing together the individuals who make this community so very special.

We’ll chat with the mavericks who are shaking it up across the globe, learn all about craft spirits, expressions, trends, and getting ahead during hard times, and we also fully intend to laugh. A lot.
