概要
Starting tonight, if you're looking for something unique, head to Baltimore Soundstage for Poké-Rave, an 18-plus event that combines gaming lounges, cosplay contests, and themed decor into one immersive experience. It kicks off at 8 PM and promises to be a wild night for Pokémon fans and gaming enthusiasts alike.
If you're more into live music, Ottobar is hosting several fantastic events. Tonight at 6 PM, Art Hive opens its doors upstairs for a creative community gathering where you can make art with friends, and it's completely free. Later that evening at 10 PM, Nectar takes over as a queer dance party featuring live DJ sets that'll keep you dancing until closing time.
Tomorrow, Saturday the 31st, the energy only intensifies. The Great Gatsby musical opens its run at the Hippodrome Theatre and continues through February 7th. Based on F. Scott Fitzgerald's classic novel, this touring production follows a wealthy millionaire in the Roaring Twenties pining for his lost love. Tickets are available now.
For the metal and punk crowd, Disturbin The Peace 2026 takes over Baltimore Soundstage starting at 1:30 PM with an incredible lineup including Hatebreed, Agnostic Front, and over a dozen more bands performing throughout the day.
If anime is more your speed, head to Ottobar upstairs at 7 PM for Fan Service, featuring J-pop and anime remixes with free glow items, an anime screening at 7:30 PM, and a full dance party starting at 9:30 PM. Come dressed in your favorite cosplay.
Looking for something hilarious, Legends of Laughter brings major comedians to Lyric Baltimore at 8 PM Saturday, featuring Netflix star Sommore, Breaking Bad's Lavell Crawford, and other comedy legends.
Sunday rounds out the weekend beautifully with Echoes of Motown at Morgan State University's Carl J. Murphy Fine Arts Center at 3 PM, combining poetry, spoken word, and dance with classic Motown hits from Diana Ross, The Temptations, and Marvin Gaye. Plus there's a tamale-making workshop at Breath of God Lutheran Church at noon if you want to get hands-on culinary.
