    Welcome to episode #5 that forms part of Boatie Banter, The Interview Series! We are joined in this episode by Lara Jeffrey, who shares a journey that started in the early 00's down at Jan Juc.

    In this episode, Lara shares her incredible story that started with an ASRL Open win in her first season in 2003! Lara dips deep into her friendships made while rowing for Jan Juc, Torquay, Lorne and Anglesea, including dragging a young and 'loose' Mel Russell along for the ride as a 18 year old! Lara discusses the importance of wearing the 'Big V' cap, which Lara did in her first season and then last season, over 20 years later! Oh ... and don't forget the multiple Aussie finals and success at a national level that are discussed.

    We hear from Lara who touches on the importance of rowing for her mental health, and how rowing helped her throughout her pregnancy and motherhood journey.
