    In this episode, I talk about how raising your standards will only be beneficial to you. Are you tired of the same jokes/men? Well, the good news is that you don’t have to settle and you don’t have to put up with anything that you don’t want to put up with anymore. Life is continuously evolving, and every month will give us different challenges and people will come BACK into our lives, or into our lives to teach us about ourselves. It’s your job to decide that you no longer want to put up with Low effort men and low effort PERIOD! The type of man you want is out there but you have to say goodbye to the old you. The NEW you doesn’t put up with things that you have already over came and that goes for the people you’ve allowed in your life and continuously allowed to come in and out without rising your standards. This is your reality and you don’t have to be who you were yesterday and you don’t have to settle for anyone or anything low vibrational. Its time to make a change and start treating yourself at your highest value and if you still are not there, I promise with time and door closing you will get there!     In this episode, I talk about having a plan when you let a man back into your life. As I emphasized in past episodes boundaries are super important because they allow you to understand what you will, and will not allow with anyone new or old. When it comes to people from our past, we tend to forget the bad times we had with them, and only remember the good and that’s why we allow them to enter our lives again, and again. This episode is to give you an idea and a plan as to how you will need to change your mindset in order for you NOT to go through the same things you’ve been through with the person who you are allowing back into your life. People make mistakes and maybe they are not the same person they were in the past, but you can’t gamble your journey because we are supposed to be evolving AND learning from our mistakes, and not making them after we learned from them. You don’t have to be a bitch per se, but you do need to know how to handle certain people, especially if they have taken you for granted before, and you felt like in the past, you were putting more effort than the other person or not being treated the best. You are in charge of your life and only you know what you will allow, and what you want. Always have an EXIT strategy when it comes to people from your past because it allows you to let go of them sooner than later, when you understand that they are not meeting the criteria. 🥂🍾 This is your life you don’t have to put up with anyone!
