Ice baths are an amazing tool, with many different avenues to help the body. After I started this therapy, I became a Wim Hof method, certified instructor and did a lot of experimentation in working to create the method that I use today. I'm so inspired by this method that I started teaching this and sharing it with others. I'm hoping this podcast will help you be inspired as well. I've used ice baths personally to help manage symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, depression and all sorts of other emotional and physical issues. One of the primary issues I've helped with this is chronic pain and confidence. There are a few primary things that this therapy helps me with.
