But thanks for listening in! This week, I talk about spirit stealers. Yes, spirit stealers are real. They are NEGATIVE moments that we become so fixated on that we cannot move away. We are transfixed and hyperfocused which holds us hostage to the bad things that are associated with that moment. Instead, we should be move on or look for the silverlinings.
