  • Kutter Crawford of the Boston Red Sox Part 1
    2023/01/15

Kutter Crawford of the Boston Red Sox is exactly  the spirit of what this podcast is all about. When my station in Okeechobee, Florida first began broadcasting Okeechobee High School baseball in 2014, Kutter was a senior coming off a 5 win season as a junior. Crawford was probably known more as being the younger brother of Detroit Tiger's first round draft pick Jonathan Crawford than he was for his own achievements but he lead his high school team to a district championship and then improved every year through college to eventually grind his way into the Red Sox rotation. We discuss his journey in part 1.

  • Prayers for Damar Hamlin and pt 3 of my discussion with WGCH Radio Personality Rob Adams

This is obviously a very scary time and we offer the strongest prayers as Hamlin fights for his life. I discuss the job ESPN did navigating through the broadcast and how difficult that is for a broadcaster.

I talk with Rob Adams of WGCH in Greenwich Connecticut about the industry now with all the online access compared to when that was not available. We also play 5 questions.
