No matter how long you have been together with your partner, we still should make genuine attempts to understand each other. Personalities shift over the years, and relational maintenance is needed! In today's episode, I am joined by my wife, Stephanie Van Allan, who runs a fitness non-profit You Tube channel called The Fitness Mission. She believes in a healthy mind, body, and soul. Enjoy this great conversation on a little-known yet very important aspect of communication: chronemics- how each person values time....it says so much about personality and actions!
