As discussed in the opening 60 seconds, there's a lot to get to this week as we head prepare to flip the calendar from August to September. First we'll do a deep dive into the September edition of The Fisherman Magazine coming to newsstands and tackle shops - and subscriber mailboxes - this week. Next (6:10) we look at weekend weather conditions and a congressional reaction to ongoing navigation issues at Townsend Inlet. A boat tour of the Barnegat Bay with state and federally elected officials (29:00) leads to discussion on navigation aids and abandoned boats, plus our weekly freshwater update (32:40) and weekend events (34:50) in the New Jersey, Delaware Bay region while wrapping up the week with a message of family fishing.
