As per the available data, Nepal's youths now comprise a majority of eligible voters who are more educated and aware of political issues as compared to their predecessors. In light of these details, NIPoRe researcher Sagoon Bhetwal sat down with Ms. Yajaswi Rai to discuss her overall impressions on changing youth perspectives towards Nepal's elections 2022.
Yajaswi Rai is the founder of Leklekk: The Green Wave. She is a youth gender activist at UN Women. She is currently pursuing her Master of Sustainability at the University of Sydney, Australia.
