In Episode 7 of California Pediatrics, Yasmine Choroomi, MD and Elizabeth Volpicelli, MD announce the California Cares Food Drive, a statewide initiative and fun competition involving all the pediatric residency programs in California. Pediatric trainees may submit photos and videos of their efforts via email to sopt.districtix@gmail.com and post on social media with the hashtag #CAres as well as tagging their respective chapter (@aapca1, @aapca2, @aapca3, @aapOC).
