In this episode, I’m sharing what you can do today to set yourself up for success tomorrow, and why success has far less to do with outcomes or external validation than most of us have been taught to believe. I start by redefining what success actually means, not as a finish line, but as having a goal and either reaching it or being in the pursuit of it. Because success looks different for everyone, and it has to be defined on your terms.
We explore the importance of clarity, vision, and anchoring into a meaningful why, going deeper than surface-level goals like money or achievement, and into the real reasons you want what you want. I break down the difference between an aligned action plan (the steps you take) and a success plan (the systems, routines, and environment that support those actions), and why having one without the other is often why people stop-start or fall into self-sabotage.
I also talk about dedication and consistency, why motivation alone won’t create lasting change, and how small micro actions compound over time to create real results. Finally, I share a powerful exercise to help you connect with the future version of you so you can start making choices today that are aligned with the life, goals, and version of yourself you’re becoming.
