In this episode we look at what an empath is and how to manage or deal with this energy. Empaths are beautiful people because they love to give and help others. In this episode it covers the stages of being an empath or living with this gift. However, some empaths feel that their gift is not a gift but a curse or a liability. Narcissists are attracted to empaths because in their perception are an easy target to manipulate them. This episode covers why they want to conquer such a person. Spirit wants to thank all the empaths of the world as they are so needed at this time.

Spirit explains that empaths can prosper by being aware of how to manage their energies. Setting boundaries is one of many things that can be organize.
