Automation that previously ran only for the primary contact can now enroll the contact only, contact plus guests, or guests only when using the Customer Booked Appointment or Appointment Status triggers. That means reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups can be sent automatically to every relevant participant without building separate automations. Businesses, marketers, and entrepreneurs will save time, reduce manual touchpoints, and improve communication for multi-participant meetings and onboarding flows.
