Today marks a beautiful milestone for me. After a week of being poked and prodded post-surgery, I finally got the all-clear to fly home! The experience was intense but so rewarding. My surgeon is amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
It’s incredible how much I’ve learned about resilience through this journey. From the emotional rollercoaster to the little moments of joy—like enjoying a burger (saucy and all!) —it’s all part of the process.
I’m ready to reunite with my family and share this new chapter with them. What are some life changes you’ve embraced?
