Terry Kenny, formerly a family lawyer, not only volunteered for 14 years as Executive Director, but helped found the Gaston Low Cost Vet Clinic with the first grant she ever wrote to come in at $35,000.

Once disturbed at learning Gaston County euthanized more than 9000 animal at the pound in 2007 , she went into action. Learn more about Terry and her successes with the Animal League of Gaston County

Clark is an animal lover who seems to run into dogs that need rescuing in his every day life and he shares some great stories on today's podcast. Shelley is a new board member for the Animal League of Gaston County but she is also a trapper for Cat Smart Coalition. Shelley talks about participating in Room to Run, as well as some of the cats in her home she is trying to home. You will hear about her orange cat Bear who is also looking for his forever home.
