In this episode, I re-released episode 85 featuring Alan Blyweiss, retired professional boxer and boxing coach at 5 Stones Fight Club.

Alan shares his incredible life story—from being adopted into an abusive home and surviving a difficult childhood, to finding an outlet in boxing and eventually becoming a professional fighter. During his career, he sparred with legends like Mike Tyson, Riddick Bowe, and Lennox Lewis.

After his career ended and he was diagnosed with Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE), Alan faced major personal struggles, including divorce and losing contact with his children.

Years later, through faith and the support of the community at 5 Stones Fight Club, Alan rebuilt his life, restored his family relationships, and now serves as the gym’s official boxing coach.

A raw story of resilience, redemption, and getting back up after life’s hardest rounds. 🥊
