Participants
Joanne Lipman is an author and journalist who has served as editor-in-chief of organizations including USA Today and the Wall Street Journal’s Weekend Journal. She is also a scholar-trustee of The New York Historical.
Jeffrey Rosen is a senior fellow at the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE) and CEO Emeritus of the National Constitution Center. He is also a professor of law at the George Washington University Law School and a contributing editor of The Atlantic.
Nina Totenberg is the American legal affairs correspondent for the National Public Radio (NPR). She has been covering the Supreme Court for over 50 years and has won numerous awards for her reporting.
