“Send Coach John a message”

Love finding things that help keep my soul on fire… these posts that I find are really things that fire me up! From Mindful Maven (@mindfulmaven_) Its a reminder for all of us to “Trust the process. Always remember that… You can have the worst days of your life and a few weeks later you can have the best day of your life. Keep pushing through.” This is something that hits me hard when I reflect on it - and truthfully I do have a bit more time to reflect now a days. It get me thinking about how proud of my little 8 year old self would be of my 59 year old self. That 8 year old is part of me and has been since I was that age. I do have plenty to be proud of that I have pushed through and not given up. It helps me to also connect with Seek Wiser (@SeekWiser_) that shared this: “Hardest thing right now is, finding people with pure intentions” Part of our process needs to keep focusing in doing the right thing. Not only for our lives and the people we love, but our communities / country / the world! My little 8 year old self has been in the front row seeing all the good and bad I’ve done.
