Come join Desirée McGee-Greene as she embarks on this journey to transform literacy education by creating a community of learners who think independently, take responsibility for their own learning, and embrace challenges. She wants all students and children to believe all things are possible regardless of their ethnicity. Calling all teachers, parents, administrators, church and community leaders!! It’s time to dream big because the future of education is in your hands. If you value creativity, curiosity, and character development just as much as literacy, math, and writing skills, then this show is for you. What if…all learners saw what greatness and success could look like from people who look just like them? They are in charge of their own learning. Instead of ONLY learning from a teacher, they teach themselves and learn from their peers. They embrace challenges and see them as opportunities to grow. The All Things Are Possible Teacher podcast is upbeat, informative, and full of actionable step-by-step tips to help YOU feel more confident to become the best “coach” for your children and create a powerful “Learner Driven Community '' that incorporates ALL histories as a vehicle for learners to dream big. Host, Desiree McGee-Greene, was an elementary teacher turned literacy coach and Homeschool Mama with over 18 years of experience in education. Her son’s learning transformation starts now! Along with her family, she is creating her dream homeschool where her son and other children can discover their unique talents, gifts, and abilities that would one day change the world. She brings step-by-step strategies for incorporating peer teaching and learning, building independence, creativity, curiosity, and strong character. We believe here that all things are possible and that children deserve to find a calling on their life and change the world. Are you ready to get started? Let’s do this! • The Launch Your Website Bootcamp: Build a Professional Website That’s Ready to Enroll Families
    2025/10/21

This is the grand finale of our website series and honestly, it might be the one that changes everything for your teacher business.

Now, I want you to imagine something for a second. You’re at a family event or chatting with another parent in your community, and they say,

“Oh wow, you started a microschool? That sounds amazing! Do you have a website I can check out?”

And your stomach drops a little because… you don’t.

Or maybe you do have one but it’s half-finished, outdated, or just doesn’t feel like you. You open it sometimes, stare at the blank sections, and think, “Where do I even start?”

    Sound familiar?

You’re not alone, friend. Every teacher I’ve coached has felt this way at some point. Because building a website feels technical, overwhelming, and sometimes even emotional especially when your heart is in it.

You’ve poured everything into your dream, your kids, your curriculum, your classroom and you want your website to reflect that. But then you get stuck wondering:

    What platform should I use?
    What should I say?
How do I make it look professional?
And when am I supposed to find time to figure it all out?

That’s why I created something brand new to help you... the Launch Your Website Bootcamp.

It’s a hands-on, done-with-you experience where I’ll walk you step-by-step through creating a simple, professional, 1-page teacher website that tells your story, builds trust, and gets families excited to enroll.

In this episode, I want to walk you through exactly what you’ll learn, do, and create during this Bootcamp because if you’ve been spinning your wheels or second-guessing your website, this is exactly what you need.

  • The Biggest Mistakes Teachers Make When Building Their Website (and What to Do Instead)
    2025/10/15

Let's talk about the biggest mistakes teachers make on their websites and, more importantly, what to do instead.

Now, before we dive in, let me just say this: there’s no shame here. I’ve made every single one of these mistakes myself. I know what it’s like to spend hours tweaking colors and fonts or adding tabs until your site looks like a maze—only to realize that parents still aren’t signing up.

You built your microschool or homeschooling business from a place of passion and purpose. But the tech side? The design side? The “how do I get families to actually take action on my site?” side? That part can feel overwhelming.

So in this episode, I want to take the pressure off. We’re going to talk through the most common website mistakes I see teachers make—and I’m going to show you what to do instead so your website feels simple, clear, and ready to enroll families.

  • Writing Website Copy That Connects With Parents (Without Feeling Salesy)
    2025/10/07

We are diving into one of the topics that I know so many teachers secretly dread about creating a website... writing the copy.

Now I know, you’re a teacher—you write lesson plans, newsletters, and feedback every single day. But when it comes to writing about your business? That’s when things start to feel uncomfortable.

You might be thinking things like:

    • “I don’t want to sound pushy or salesy.”

    • “I have no idea what to even say.”

    • “What if it doesn’t sound professional enough?”

And I get it. Most of us were never taught how to write marketing copy. We were taught how to write objectives, report cards, and parent updates; but not how to write words that connect, inspire, and convert visitors into families who actually enroll.

So in this episode, I want to show you how to make your website copy speak to parents’ hearts... without feeling fake, forced, or salesy. You’ll see that writing your website copy is absolutely doable.
