In today's episode we discuss how your kundalini awakening may be causing you to feel introverted and much more sensitive to your surroundings.

Ever since my awakening i have been much more introverted, needing time and space to process and be in my own energy due to my sensitivity levels.

I also touch on how it is important for yourself to honour your experience and if you are needing some more time and space to be more introverted, then give yourself that.

It may eventually pass, but for now, just take each day as it comes 🙏🏼
