概要
It is exactly 9:00pm on December 22, 2025. I just finished watching a episode of Gilmore Girls with my mom and sister and had the thought, "What if there are people out there who are like me?" And then I went down a rabbit hole on how to start a podcast for free from the comfort of my bedroom. But you don't need to hear my whole life story (not yet), you are here to hear some advice from a teen girl.
This is a podcast for everyone. I will have episode, of course, for other teen girls who need study tips, beauty advice, boy talk, puberty-- the normal stuff. But I am also going to dive deeper into things such as depression, anxiety, peer pressure, stress, emotional wellbeing, self love, and so much more. Not only that, but I will have specific episodes geared toward boys and even some geared towards parents because everyone should know certain things that I feel have been forgotten in todays society. Now if you didn't find yourself listed in any of the above, I still encourage you to listen because some of the stuff I say is important for everyone to hear. Whether you are 4, 14, 24, or 64, things like self love and positive mindsets are vitally important.
So gear up, because I'm ready to change some lives!
