Today we are studying Acts Chapter 26. In this chapter, Paul stands before King Agrippa and gives his defense by sharing the testimony of how Jesus changed his life. Paul explains his former life as a Pharisee, his persecution of Christians, and the moment Jesus appeared to him on the road to Damascus. The Lord gave Paul a mission: to open people’s eyes, turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God. Acts 26:18 says, “To open their eyes so they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, that by faith in Me they may receive forgiveness of sins and a share among those who are sanctified.” This chapter reminds us that the gospel brings light, forgiveness, and transformation through faith in Jesus Christ.
