One of the hardest things to explain to someone that hasn't tried endurance sports or maybe has no desire to incorporate cardio activity is letting them know how amazing the body feels when its done with diligence and consistency. Its one thing to hear and talk about getting in consistent cardio activity and another thing to actually get going! I was once one of those that said no thank you to running, brisk walking, hiking or cycling. I just wanted to play half court basketball or throw the football around. Learn about the amazing benefits of building up endurance physically and spiritually placing Jesus Christ in the center of it all.
