Here is a little about the origin and the intention of the podcast since the first episode. I created this podcast as a sanctuary for sensitive souls; a quiet space to breathe, reconnect, and begin remembering who you truly are. If you’ve ever felt that your sensitivity is “too much” or something to hide, I invite you to soften that story. Together, we’ll explore how your sensitivity is not only valid; but sacred. A gift that holds the key to your deepest intuition, connection, and strength. Each episode offers gentle insights, intuitive reflections, and soulful transmissions; often recorded outdoors, under the Tree of Love. My feline guides are usually curled nearby, and the elemental presence of nature with the fae, the winds, the earth beneath; is always close. You may feel them too. Some episodes are softly spoken solo journeys. Others feature kindred guests: both from recent conversations and the early days of the podcast: whose voices are now being lovingly honoured and re-shared. This podcast is one thread in a wider tapestry of soul work to support sensitive hearts as they find their way home to themselves.

Since December we have been dedicating each episode to our loved ones who guide us from the rainbow bridge. I hope you find peace and comfort as you tune in. With much love.

    Once in a Blue moon...

    This is it. Episode 88. The final episode of Season One of Accepting — and it could not have chosen a more perfect moment to arrive than on the blue moon.

    The Full Moon Blessing was recorded almost a year ago, and it has been waiting patiently for exactly this moment. As with so much in this space, the timing was never ours to decide.
    Yesterday was emotional. Today has been physical. And I think that feels just right for a closing. We do not always get to arrive at our endings feeling pristine and composed. Sometimes we arrive tender, wrung out, and cracked open. And that is its own kind of sacred.

    This episode is a gift. A blessing. A closing and an opening all at once.

    88 — the number of infinity. Of cycles completing and beginning again. Of devotion seen through to the end.
    Thank you for being here. For every episode you listened to, returned to, shared, or simply sat with in the quiet. Thank you to every beautiful guest who brought their light to this space. And thank you to all our guides, seen and unseen, who have walked every step of this season alongside us.

    This final episode is also dedicated to our beautiful guides who love us from the rainbow bridge and for me most of all my beautiful Moomins, Cleo who has been softly with me at moments since she passed.

    The full moon asks us to be gentle with ourselves and grateful for all that works in our life including our beautiful bodies that carry us.

    Season Two begins in September.

  • Accepting your heart has the answers: The STOP Process.

    Welcome to the penultimate episode of season one of Accepting gorgeous.

    In this episode I am sharing the STOP process with you. This came to me after I was working with a different traffic image from my spiritual mentor. I love to place meanings to letters in creating my practice and this simple and incredibly effective method is just that.

    I would suggest if this is the only tool you work with from the whole season, it is this one gorgeous.

    As empaths and sensitive souls it can be so easy to think many steps ahead and envision all possible scenarios before we land on one that makes us feel safe. As we know, this way can be exhausting and confusing.

    My process reminds us that the whirling commentary in our heads is just noise and our heart really does have the answers. As we accept this and practice being present, we enter our parasympathetic nervous system; our shoulders lower and we feel we can breathe.

    As we feel more peaceful; we allow the answers (if there are any) to arrive from our heart space and trust this feeling.

    Our greatest gift as sensitives is feeling, so how about we put that into practice with any decisions large or small?
