概要

📅 Schedule Your Practice Growth Strategy Review ⚙️ Restart your practice in 7 days ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Doctor Francisco Gómez Bravo shares his experiences in academia vs. the freedoms found in aesthetic private practice. Hello, and welcome to "Beauty and the Biz," where we'll discuss the business and marketing side of plastic surgery. As always, I'm your host, Catherine Maley, author of "Your Aesthetic Practice – What Your Patients Are Saying." and consultant to plastic surgeons, helping them get more patients and more profits. Academia vs. Aesthetic Freedom This week's "Beauty and the Biz" Podcast features Dr. Francisco Bravo. Specifically, he is a board-certified plastic surgeon in Madrid. Notably, his path to solo success was not a straight line. On the "Beauty and the Biz" Podcast, Dr. Bravo shares how he built the foundation for a thriving aesthetic practice through years of training and strategic decisions. First, he trained in Barcelona, London, Paris, Rome, and NYU. Next, he built credibility in reconstructive microsurgery. Meanwhile, he balanced university medicine with private practice for 10 years. Eventually, he made the decision many surgeons struggle with. Ultimately, he left academic security. Instead, he went all-in on an aesthetic solo practice.
