    I am so thrilled and honored to be able to be joined by THE Angie Mezza-Smith, the highly acclaimed “Contract Queen” whom is not only well-versed in all things Georgia Real Estate legalities, a personal mentor of mine, but also responsible for sitting on local boards and helping write and re-write many of the Georgia Real Estate (GAR) legal forms. Not only does she eat sleep and breathe Georgia real estate, but has decades worth of experience and knowledge on the legalities of Georgia real estate. She works hand-in-hand with some of the top if not the top individuals in our profession, and is here today to break down the recent lawsuit and what agents can expect moving forward!
