In addition to writing and serving clients as a psychic medium, an adult, Robinett has often been called upon by law enforcement to examine cold cases in a new light and from a different angle, including the 2004 murder of Ashley Howley, which Kristy helped solve bringing closure to Howley's traumatized family. This amazing story was portrayed in Investigation Discovery's Restless Souls, which premiered in 2014.

Robinett teaches psychic development and paranormal investigating at local colleges near her Michigan home, lectures across the country, and is a regular media commentator.
