We discuss the importance of having small achievable and attainable goals to offer ourselves the instant gratification needed to keep going and not self sabatogue.
The state of our mind plays a significant role in how our situation(s) continue to unfold. It’s important to remember the journey is continuous and we are not above the journey that lives ahead. Be conscious of the choices you make and what you choose to tell yourself about them. We’re always connected to ourselves its what we choose to believe and engage in that has the ability to disconnect us.
We highlight the choice we have in every moment to recognize and rectify our patterns. Patterns repeat when we skip out on the medicine of feeling the fullness of our choices, emotions, and experiences. Life is the perfect environment to grow the change we want.
If it was somebody doing something to you how long would you tolerate it for? We should hold ourselves accountable in the same way.
