Lisa discusses the challenges of being a counselor in this field, but makes it clear that the rewards make it worth it. Lisa also shares her own story of the co-occurance of a mental health disorder along with a substance use disorder. Summit Pointe offers behavioral health services and specialize in substance use disorders (SUDs). Lisa shares her story of overcoming addiction and substance abuse and how she has been able to use her past to help others.
