概要
In Part 2 of our conversation with Dr. Gretchen Hunter, we focus on practical tools that help children with ADHD navigate everyday challenges.
We break down Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), emotional regulation, and Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) in a way that is simple, relatable, and easy for families to apply at home. Dr. Hunter shares how these approaches help children better understand their thoughts, manage emotions, and work through challenges with confidence.
We also explore what these strategies look like in real life, how often they are used, and how parents can begin incorporating them into daily routines.
This conversation continues during Neurodiversity Celebration Week, a time dedicated to increasing awareness, understanding, and acceptance of neurological differences including ADHD, autism, and dyslexia.
