"ACRES 2026" is the perfect opportunity for buyers to invest into the real estate sector in Sharjah as the Sharjah Executive Council (SEC) have approved a reduction in sales and purchase fees for transactions conducted at the Sharjah ACRES Property Expo 2026. Sales fees will be 0.5% for real estate developers, 1% for UAE and GCC nationals, and 2% for other nationalities.
