The mind can be crowded with stressful thoughts – looping, overlapping, and demanding attention all at once.

In this Sacred Sunday teaching, Daniela shares a simple yet powerful practice for emotional completion: putting your mind on paper. Using a pencil-and-paper approach, she guides us through how to name what feels unfinished, one thought at a time, without judgment or urgency.

Drawing on a teaching from Byron Katie, Daniela describes the mind as a room full of crying babies – each thought needing to be acknowledged and tended to individually. By writing everything down, we no longer have to carry it all at once. The nervous system can soften, and clarity begins to emerge.

From there, she explores how to gently inquire into one thought at a time through contemplative meditation – not to fix or analyze, but to listen deeply to what is underneath. This process often reveals emotional roots, unmet needs, self-forgiveness, and whether any true action is required.
