  • Does Living in Alignment With Who You Are REALLY Matter?

    Here at A WHOLE Convo we are proponents of putting wellbeing at the forefront of how we live in order to elevate the quality of life we experience. For us that quality of life touches all aspects of life - mental, emotional, physical, energetic, practical and spiritual. All of it matters.


    In this Convo we talk about the impact of going against our innate nature, the things that help us feel the most like ourselves. Pushing against or ignoring our inner truth and living in a way that rubs against what constitutes who we deeply are as individuals holds consequences that go beyond simply having to do something that we don’t love.

  • To Morning Routine, or to Not Morning Routine?

    What is your approach to mornings? Is it something that you have given consideration to? Are you a person who deliberately sets up how you start your days or do you find the day happening to you?

    Whether or not you would call yourself a morning person, what we do when we get up will have an impact on how the day progresses. The more thought and intention we put in will bring back more thought and intention into what we get out.

    We take morning routines into consideration in this Convo. How much, what and why they have the potential to turn a day into a good and better day over time. We think it matters to who we are and how we experience life that we say yes to taking time (no matter how short that may be) to start the day intentionally.

  • Get in Bed With Your Plants! Meet Special Guest Nikimbre Daniels & The Power of Plant Relations

    Things are getting spicy at WHOLE HQ today as we welcome our very first guest to the Convo in the form of the most wonderful herbalist, naturalist and heart led woman of mystery 😉 Nikimbre Daniels.

    Nikimbre is on a soul lead mission to share with the world the power of creating, learning from and nurturing our relationships with the life giving plants. From an early age Nikimbre was drawn to the beauty of plants whilst growing up on her family's land in Northern Texas where she was also exposed to the wisdom of the land.

    In 2020 after having spent much of her life working in the world of plants she returned to her family’s land and spent time reconnecting with it and herself via the intuitive whispers of the plants around her. This opened up insights for her to bring her deeply held inner knowing and connection with plants and nature to the world through the classes she was guided to share with others.

    These classes are an invitation for us as human beings to take responsibility for the impact we have with the natural world through our understanding of what plants offer us and what we in turn must offer them in return.

  • Energy Never Lies

    It is always around and within us, mixed into everything we do whether or not we are aware of it. When we recognise and tap into the information it gives us consciously and unconsciously we can see how accurate the information is because it never ever lies!

    We are constantly picking up on the energy of our surroundings, the people we meet, the events and places we interact with and they all hold their own particular energetic frequencies and vibrations. Although unseen, they have a way of announcing themselves to us through the magic sixth sense of our own energy bodies which is our sensory understanding of life.

    Not many of us are taught how to read this wisdom even though we may find ourselves responding to it. What would happen and how different would your life be if you trusted what you instinctively felt about the world and people around you?

  • Take The Weather With You (You Take Yourself Everywhere You Go)

    We always take ourselves with us wherever we go. The good and easy to be with parts of us that we like and enjoy as well as the not so easy to handle parts of who we are that feel testing for us. If we are disconnected from this reality the heavy to hold parts inevitably become burdensome especially when they show up in unwanted behaviours or outbursts that lead to feelings of disappointment and regret.

    The beauty of knowing that regardless of what we try and change on the outside to mask our internal weather is that if we look within ourselves and take ownership of the storms by consciously working through them we invite the kinds of climates that make us feel good whatever they may personally be.

    What a wonderful part of being human; remembering our power to affect change on any of the trials that we may experience in life!
