  • This is a Heated Rivalry Household: Don't Make Me Choose Between Ilya Rozanov and Shane Hollander
    2025/12/23

Today, we are putting our mother-daughter spin on a couple of things that everyone lovessss talking about: Heated Rivalry and sex(iness).

It has historically - maybe still is to an extent? - been taboo to talk about sex with our parents, but it doesn't have to be so taboo. Maybe it can normal, or even cool?

We want to know your thoughts - do you regularly talk about sex with your parents? I know my mom and I are cool, but I know we are not completely unique in this. Come and hang with us, and we will see you next Tuesday at 8am EST for another episode.

  • It's Freaky Friday Every Day with This Mom & Daughter Duo
    2025/12/16

Today, we are chit-chatting about the carbon copies we are of each other...so, maybe not so "Freaky Friday" after all...and, maybe just freaky? For all my years trying to be different than my mom, I am coming to be her in many ways - in the more humorous and distressing ways.

We explore it all - well, maybe not all - in this episode. We go from laughing to talking about some of our most intense experiences in a matter of minutes and that is because of how close we are and how much we understand each other. Do you have someone in your life like that? Can you relate?

Catch back up with us next Tuesday at 8am EST!

  • Dating in the Dumpster Fire...Or Maybe, it's Dating in General?
    2025/12/09

In this week's episode, this mom and daughter duo discuss the so-not-glamorous world of dating in 2025 while reminiscing about years gone by when the dating game seemed a bit more...how, shall we say it? Normal?

Mom (aka, Steph) brings up a point that being a tall woman in the dating game acts as a strike against us...does it? Harlow brings up the difficulty of having conversations about previous abuse or hurt in relationships...but should it really be that difficult?

Basically, I got a lot of questions and not a whole lot of answers. If you don't know the answer either, this could be place for you. Let's be united in not knowing what the f*** we are doing out here in the dating world.

See you next Tuesday at 8am EST!

  • What's Special is in the Eye of the Beholder: Mother-Daughter Relationship Edition
    2025/12/02

In this episode, you will hear myself and my mom talking about the aspects of our relationship that are unique to us and that we cherish above all else. There is something special about every relationship that we have, and we wanted to use this space today to talk about it. Perhaps you can see yourself and your relationship reflected in ours a bit?

On top of this, you'll hear us talk about what we were grateful for this week and what we want to affirm for ourselves in the upcoming week.

So, overall: what can you expect in this episode? Me giving my mom shit for her lack of knowledge of Greek mythology; the two of us hyping each other up for all our strengths (and weaknesses); and much more!

Come back and hang with us again next Tuesday at 8am EST!

  • It's the WICKED Episode!
    2025/11/25

There's nothing scandalocious here; I'm obsessulated with Wicked and I'm here to talk about it. Want to know what song from the Wicked: For Good album is going on my sexy time playlist? (Psst, for fellow Wicked fan, it's probably not hard to guess)

Want to hear a poem specifically created out of my love for Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande? Welp, you'll have to listen to the end, my friends.

Come back next week for another episode of A (Very) Tall Order (No guarantees that I won't talk about Wicked even more)

  • OMG, The Spice Girls Were Right: Wanna be my lover? Gotta get with my friends.
    2025/11/11

When is the last time you took a truly intentional moment to express gratitude for your friends?

I may be flying solo on today's episode, but I'm talking about friendships & how these friendships help us become the people we want to be. Inspired by a long weekend with a close friend, I treat this episode like my audio diary as I reflect on the value of friendships and the positive impact these friendships can have on future intimate relationships.

Join me again next Tuesday at 8am EST for more fun and rambling!

  • Mom & Daughter Tackle the Holidays: Wicked Traditions & Coveted Holiday Guests
    2025/11/04

We start this episode with giving ourselves a moment to hype up our own wins this week while reminding each other of that we're doing pretty A-okay. In a new format, we transition to tackling the question of the week: why is it so important to have holiday traditions, and how do you make these holiday traditions feel just as special when you have a small family?

We even give ourselves a little moment to reminisce on former basketball-playing days as we daydream about having some unique guests at an imaginary holiday party. We will be back next with ending our podcast on some affirmations for the week; come hang with us, your normal mom & daughter duo, every Tuesday at 8 am EST!

  • A (Sometimes) Very Tall Order: Trusting Yourself and Your Community
    2025/10/28

In this episode we continue down the path of highlighting the things that made us feel happy and inspired this week (shout-out to Group 7 to any and all TikTok friends who know what I'm talking about), followed then by a segment centered around exploring how the closeness of a mother-daughter relationship can be a powerful tool in building a sense of trust.

We then chat about a sliver of the sociopolitical current events that have happened in the past week in a segment called 'What the Fuckery?' Rounding it off, we end with our positive affirmations for the week.

Join us if you want to hear a little bit of banter, a little bit of reflection and gratitude and a bit of (constructive-ish) venting...all of which are strategies to help us feel connected, supported and able to navigate the dumpster fire of the world.
