When life feels overwhelming, when you’re carrying pain you can’t fix, or when your heart feels faint, this moment is an invitation to pause, breathe, and remember that God is near.

This guided prayer is for anyone feeling emotionally exhausted, spiritually drained, or in need of God’s presence. I read scripture over you, guide you through a few intentional deep breaths, and pray over you to remind you that you are seen, known, and deeply loved by God.
