What's up Road Warriors! We're taking it to the skies with this week's Summer Blockbuster and flying into the Danger Zone with 1986's Top Gun! This movie has it all; from sick jet fights to steamy romance to an absolutely epic and iconic soundtrack! It's hard not to love this one even if the script and some aspects aren't up to par.

What's up Road Warriors! We're continuing with our Summer Blockbuster theme with Marc's pick of The Hunger Games from 2012! This was shockingly Brooke's first time watching the movie in full, so we discuss how it's still highly enjoyable in our adult years regardless of it being a first watch or nostalgic.

How would you play the games? Would you build a team of "careers" like Cato and take people out quickly? Or would you take the Katniss route and hide for a while and pick them off slowly and smartly?

What's up Road Warriors! We're back after a short break with Brooke being on vacation and in that we're bringing you our Summer Blockbuster theme from now until the end of September; every movie in the upcoming episodes either had a budget of more than $150 million or generated over $300 million in the box office.

Kicking off this theme, given it's starting in July, is Independence Day from 1996! We both grew up loving this movie and we found on this watch it gave us even more to appreciate in certain aspects.
