March hits different when you stop and really look at who’s been holding you together. I’m flying solo as your favorite silver fox, Rob Malloy, and I’m dedicating this conversation to women because the truth is simple: women make the world go round, and too many of them are carrying more than we ever see.

I start close to home with the women who shaped me most, my mom’s quiet wisdom and steady love, my sisters’ very different strengths and the standards they set, and my three daughters who each bring their own kind of brilliance. We talk about what nurturing looks like in real life, why healthy relationships matter, and why not settling is a form of self respect. If you care about family, parenting, marriage, or building better partnership standards, you’ll hear a lot that feels familiar and useful.

Then we zoom out to culture. Social media and the wider media can push propaganda, scandal, and negativity, but we still get to choose what we amplify. I speak directly to women’s resilience, to those surviving abuse and hardship, and to the power of women supporting women. I also put responsibility on men, to protect, provide, reassure, and make it clear that women are valued and seen.
