このコンテンツについて

A New Way of Being is about the art of inner alignment and finding flow.It starts with developing a different relationship with your thinking mind. You are not your thoughts, you are aware of your thoughts. This is a crucial distinction that can have a profound effect.Life isn't something to be 'won', but is rather a continuous miracle to be experienced, and Simon Mundie and guests discuss ways to understand and embody this new way of being.Guests range from world renowned thinkers, philosophers, scientists and healers - to many of the most successful athletes of all time.

  • I Faced My Shame — This Is Shadow Work
    2025/08/08

A few nights ago, I had a moment of emotional turbulence.

Instead of pushing it away, I followed it — and the next morning, I wrote this. Then I recorded it.

This is about shame, overthinking, and what can happen when we stop avoiding what’s uncomfortable.

It’s also about shadow work — the kind that doesn’t look neat.

In spiritual circles, it’s easy to bypass this stuff with ideas or presence talk. But the deeper integration happens in the body.

I work 1:1 with people who want to stop living in their heads and start facing what’s really driving them — especially the parts they’ve learned to avoid.
