  • Episode #45 | Share Your Spare
    2026/06/19

In this episode, I sat down with Haidyn Berry and Lanna’ Foster to share a story that is full of faith, friendship, and the kind of love that shows up in a big way.

Haidyn’s journey took her through a hard and unexpected season, and Lanna’ stepped in with a gift that truly changed everything. Their story is emotional, powerful, and filled with so many reminders of how God works through people, timing, and willing hearts.

We talked about the gift of life, the beauty of saying yes, and what it looks like to love someone well when it really matters.

This is one of those conversations that will make you laugh a little, tear up a little, and maybe even think about what it means to “share your spare.”

  • Episode #43 | Listen When God Talks
    2026/03/02

In this episode, I sit down with my longtime friend and "80s lady," Lanna Foster, to share a story that is nothing short of a miracle. Lanna is getting ready to do something completely selfless—donating a kidney to a dear family friend in need. We talk about the incredible journey of how she became a match and the unwavering faith that led her to say "yes" without a second thought.

We discuss the challenges the recipient has faced with kidney disease and the hope this transplant brings for her future, including her upcoming wedding. Lanna opens up about the "God moments" throughout the testing process and the amazing ways their lives have been intertwined for decades.

From the upcoming surgery to the inspiring power of being an organ donor, this conversation is a beautiful reminder of what happens when you answer when God talks to you. Lanna’s faith and courage are such an inspiration, and I can't wait for you to hear her heart.

  • Episode #42 | Tiger's Football - Cooper Charleston
    2025/12/12

In this episode, I sit down with my nephew, Cooper Charleston, and his lifelong friend, Jeriah Bayless, to talk about their journey through Tiger’s football. From their early days in flag football to battling their way into a season no one expected, these boys opened up about the growth, grit, and teamwork that carried them all the way to the state championship.

We look back on the big moments — the tough position changes, the rivalry games, the comeback wins, and that heartbreaking but unforgettable final matchup. More than anything, I wanted to highlight the bond they share, the heart behind this team, and the lessons they’ve learned along the way. And yes… we even talk about the infamous cowbells.

As always, I’m just so proud of these boys — not only for how they play, but for how they carry themselves. It was a season full of surprises, faith, joy, and a whole lot of fight, and I can’t wait to see what next year brings.

  • Episode #41 | Cowgirl Armor
    2025/12/11

In this episode, I sit down with Jordan Jo Hollabaugh to talk about the heart behind Cowgirl Armor — why it exists, who it’s for, and what it means for women to finally have a space where honesty is strength, vulnerability is courage, and faith is the foundation of every battle we fight.

We dive into the pressures women carry quietly: identity, comparison, motherhood, performance, and the fear of not being “enough.” Jordan opens up about her own journey in and out of the arena, and together we uncover the deeper message that sparked Cowgirl Armor in the first place — that women are walking through spiritual, emotional, and mental battles every day, and they need a place where their stories matter.

Cowgirl Armor was built on the belief that testimony is powerful, that wounds can become wisdom, and that faith equips us to stand firm even when life gets heavy. This conversation reflects exactly that. Jordan’s transparency, combined with the mission of Cowgirl Armor, creates a reminder that we were never meant to fight alone — and that when women share their stories, other women find their strength.

This episode is raw, uplifting, faith-filled, and rooted in the purpose God placed on this brand: to help women armor up, rise up, and walk boldly into who they were created to be.

  • Episode #40 | I’m Back!
    2025/11/24

In this episode, I open up about what’s been on my heart lately and why I decided to step back behind the microphone again. I share the whirlwind of Emma’s recent wedding, the chaos, the blessings, and the unexpected lessons God tucked into every moment — including what happens when you don’t let people help you and how that can actually rob them of a blessing.

I also talk about speaking at a Women in Ag FFA conference, how I almost said no, and how one simple phone call reminded me why first impressions matter. From posting a family photo online to dealing with criticism, to learning when to stay quiet and when to trust the Holy Spirit’s nudge, this episode touches on grace, humility, and the messy parts of being human.

One of the biggest themes I dive into is the idea of spiritual cairns — the people and moments God places in our path to guide us, teach us, and confirm we’re headed in the right direction. I share how those markers have shown up in Emma’s life, in mine, and how easy it can be to miss them when we’re too focused on the whole journey instead of the next step.

This episode is honest, imperfect, faith-filled, and straight from the heart. I’m excited to be back, excited for what God’s doing, and excited to keep taking one step at a time — even when I can’t see the whole path yet.

  • 39. | Stephanie Patterson | Sisters, Stories & Shifting Perspectives
    2025/07/18

In this episode, I’m joined by my sister, Stephanie Patterson, for a conversation that’s equal parts personal, lighthearted, and reflective. We talk about growing up together, how different our memories can be of the same events, and how those early experiences shaped who we are today.

We also dig into the ways life has changed over the years—how we parent, how we handle holidays, and how we’re learning to create more peace and presence in a fast-paced world. There’s some laughter, a few honest truths, and a whole lot of sisterly love.

Whether you come from a big family, a blended one, or you’re just figuring it out as you go, this episode is a reminder that everyone’s story is unique—and there’s always space to grow, reflect, and find a little humor along the way.

  • 38. | Colt Atwood | College Sports | A Day In The Life Of The Cowboy's Wife with Trish Charleston
    2025/06/06

Hey y’all, it’s Trish—The Cowboy’s Wife—and today I’m sitting down with my son-in-law, Colt Atwood, for a real conversation about family, sports, and the choices that shape us.

We talked about growing up in competitive families-Colt with five siblings under one roof in Katy, Texas, was a sport all its own. His stories about life with five boys, a sister, and a mom who somehow kept it all together are worth the listen alone.

Colt opened up about turning down a shot at pro baseball after being drafted by the Oakland A’s, and what it really meant to choose family and future over fame. We got into the changing world of college athletics—from NIL deals to transfer portals—and how it’s shifting the landscape for student-athletes across the country.

We also shared memories from our own time in the stands—watching Quincy pitch her heart out, living for those game-day nerves, and learning when to be quiet as parents. Trust me, that’s a lesson I had to learn the hard way.

If you’ve ever raised a kid in sports, made a tough call, or just love a good story about grit, heart, and finding Jesus, this one’s for you.
