In this episode Amanda is joined by her 18 year old daughter Sophia. They have such a close and connected relationship based upon love and mutual respect and in this conversation they discuss how they developed this close bond as well as some of the challenges they faced along the way.

They both offer some lovely insights on conscious parenting and how to build connection and open communication with your teenager.
